I purchased 2 bottles of the same product. Why do they look different?
Because we use natural botanical ingredients in our products, the botanicals themselves can have slightly different characteristics, such as color or texture, depending upon the source and where those ingredients are grown. As a result, finished products may vary slightly in color from batch to batch. The resulting product, however, must be tested to ensure that it meets the required quality level. We choose not to add unnecessary colors just for the sake of uniformity since it is a natural product. Because of that, the color of our product is not visually consistent.
